[RE-wrenches] PV Tracker - Best available?

[SunHarvest]

This was my first recommendation to the client, to avoid tracking. But they really want a tracker (they're trying to keep up with their neighbors who have one). My engineer steered me to GMI trackers and those look very robust but are too pricey for this client.
