[RE-wrenches] Question on Back up generators

Up here in Canada, there are no rules or regulations on pollution from generators. And so thus EPA rules aren't an issue. I kinda wish there was, though, as the amount of waste and un-needed air pollution is just staggering. 100's of remote sites with small generators, operating inefficiently, 24x7x365....

As for sourcing, we buy generators directly from Cummins.

We have been using the Cummins Onan Commercial Mobile series for many remote
off-grid sites recreational or commercial ie repeaters. 2880 RPM.
Available in 2.5, 3.6, 5.5 and 6.5 kW sizes, LPG or gasoline.

I thought these ran into difficulties with the EPA decades ago. These were
great. Where is a good source for them?
