[RE-wrenches] Ground Mount Wire Shielding

Colleagues:

 

I am in need of an authoritative source to provide criteria for wire
shielding on ground mount PV racking.  Ideally this would be an industry
publication or learned professional like Bill Brooks that would provide some
specific information about the requirement for full coverage wire shielding
on the back of readily accessible PV arrays.  If you have any sources, I
would sincerely appreciate knowing about them.
