[RE-wrenches] Magnum and Pumps

We use a protective relay, unless using Sunny 
Islands. In this case, the relay will be 
controlled by the programmable AUX relay's12 V 
signal. Magnum does have a phase shifting 
function, but does not recommend relying on it.
