[RE-wrenches] AC Coupled + CC Grid Feed Input

Hi Drake,

I'm happy to discuss the ins-and-outs of this with you by phone. My cell
phone is listed below. I have installed AC Coupled systems using Outback
GVFX inverters and a 120-240 transformer. My experience is that this works
fine. We have published a basic document on this, which is primarily
focused on the major pitfalls;
- Protect the batteries from overcharging
- Don't exceed the pass through limit of the GVFX inverter
- Don't allow the Enphase microinverters to connect directly to the output
of a generator

With the Outback GVFX inverters, I would recommend using the auxiliary
relay of the Outback inverter to shut-off the microinverters with a relay
when the batteries are charged.

The tech brief on AC Coupling is available under the tab for Tech Briefs

“Don’t get me wrong: I love nuclear energy! It’s just that I prefer fusion
to fission. And it just so happens that there’s an enormous fusion reactor
safely banked a few million miles from us. It delivers more than we could
ever use in just about 8 minutes. And it’s wireless!”
