Made in the USA.  (Confirmed.  I visited their plant on a field trip with a solar energy club not long ago and saw their production line in operation.)

They make 60-cell and 80-cell PV ranging from 230W to 350W, and maybe others.  They've even got a series of modules that are made with "colored" cells in red, green, or blue.

Not 20%+ (more like 16.0-16.5%) .. but of domestic manufacture .. and available.  Been around since 2008.
