[RE-wrenches] Engineered rafters

We just did one, and I used some fairly short Timberlok type lags
(thinner and stronger) I wasn't super excited about only having an inch
of wood to grab, but the edge wood is stronger and denser than regular
2x material it seemed.
I predrilled the holes, and got solid anchors, without splitting.
