[RE-wrenches] Trace SWs in Energy Management Mode

True, but I don't think I'd want to risk the batteries and rely on customer
load management. And it seems like energy management mode (according to the
manual) should do what I want, so the lingering questions are:

Why is it staying in float/not going back to inverter after the timer
expires?

Why did one of the two go into bulk when the well pump came on, even though
battery voltage was fine?
