[RE-wrenches] Trace SWs in Energy Management Mode

I thought about it, but the main goal is no utility power draw during peak
times, and especially not for battery charging - while the grid could still
be used to charge during peak times in energy management mode (at the low
battery voltage), it seems less likely if the batteries are getting a good
charge/being floated each night.
