[RE-wrenches] Advice Needed: L16 Accident! Damage Questions

Jeff:

Not your problem. This is an issue between the customer and the vendor. This scenario has no documented solution. The only product you can support are known good batteries. Those that took a tumble are not that.  Stay away from offering any advice on reusing damaged batteries.
