Those ESA modules are hard to find indeed. We have installed a lot of
Evergreen product over the years but have also used all the extras that I
typically order. I found 2 last year at a place called H&H, that's all I can
remember. Maybe in NH. They had a partial pallet so I bought two and used
one for replacing a hail damaged unit. The other one I won't part with. 

Good luck with finding what you need.
