That is a good tie from HT. I think your part number is off however. The
spec is PA66HIRHSUV. They have them in 50lb and 120lb capacity and in
varying lengths. These have a good life expectancy in arid climates.  You
can even get something in writing from HT. We have been able to procure a
warranty to back up their life expectancy claims. When in contact with galv
steel racking and in humid climates, life expectancy declines significantly
with the PA66HIRHSUV.
Consider their Acetal cable ties for this situation. Again backed by HT.

Also ties used inside combiners and other gear should be rated for the
higher temps in these boxes. HT has a PA66HS tie that is designed for the
higher temps.

They don't sell direct, but lots of distributors our there.

Some people are down on ties, but do your research and get a good one and
they can last the life of a PV system. HT has a lot of good testing reports
to that can substantiate their claims.
