[RE-wrenches] Inverter Ramp times

We've been using a lot of AE inverters...here's the adjustable ramp rate
spec for their 500NX 1kV:

"100 kW/sec maximum; adjustable at 0.1% increments

AC Power Ramp: This parameter sets the rate of change in output power in %
of max power/second"
