[RE-wrenches] Fuse sizing in battery circuits

Here's the Heine' Breaker sheet on the GJ1s.  Looks like for higher 
ampacities, they are just paralleling their smaller breakers.  That 
should fit in a regular Midnite or Outback enclosure though.
