William,

If you have line-of-sight from the house to the Sunny Boy location, you could setup a wireless bridge.  I did this recently for an enphase system where the internet router was 300 feet from the building with the PV.  This was really easy to setup and get working.  It works now just as if I had run Cat5 all the way from point A to point B.  Then you can use whichever web-enable monitoring device (sunny webbox, etc) you want.

I got two Ubiquiti Nanostation M2s (About $80/90 each) and mounted them just under the eaves.

Without line of sight, this won't be your solution, though.
