[RE-wrenches] Power One Microinverters

Any updated impressions of this product? I'm starting to see an uptick in
these being sold by competitors.

One thing that would be nice is if they eliminated the gateway, allowing
each inverter to connect to the Internet by Wi-Fi. This would eliminate the
extra piece of hardware, and the possibility of the gateway device failing
in the future. Understandably, this would probably increase the inverter
price, but for small installations, it would be more cost effective I would
think.
