[RE-wrenches] disabled veteran-owned firms ?

Still looking for somebody to team up with us on a solar pv project at a VA
hospital in Virginia.  The VA was very specific, although we have a good
turn-key solar team in place,  we must include a firm on the team that is
certified by Veterans administration as "SDVOSB" - Service Disabled
Veteran-Owned Small Business.  

Any wrenches out there interested and SDVOSB certified, or perhaps can
forward this to somebody you know that is??
