This would be a good time to remind the group that even though discussing Federal incentives does not go against the guidelines for this list, there are seriously knowledgeable policy and incentives folks on our sibling list, RE-Markets.

I think you'll find it better and most trustworthy to pose Federal incentives and other Federal policy questions there.
