[RE-wrenches] Community says farewell to solar pioneer Gottlieb - Brattleboro Reformer

Hi Dear Friends,

I will always remember Richard with such warmth and laughter.  He and I 
had many a laugh together - a true fellow playful spirit - an elf of 
sorts and one of the original solar elders - a true pioneer and 
groundbreaker.  I am sad I won't see him again in this life on one of my 
trips back East.

Richard devoted many hours and many years to going out of his way to 
help others - He was instrumental in NESEA (Northeast Solar Energy 
Association) and SEBANE - (Solar Energy Business Association of New 
England) where he served on the Board for many years.  He brought such 
cheer and good energy to those organization - and touched deeply 
everyone he worked with.

Richard and I worked on a few projects together - and I always looked 
forward to being with him.  He was a true Brother.

Richard was truly a great human being - he gave so much love and good 
humor - while also serving the solar field tirelessly.

Hats off and a deep bow to you Richard Gottlieb!  May you fly free 
wherever you may be.
