[RE-wrenches] Best elevated ground mount

Hi James,

So interesting as the Unistrut isn't listed for this use, but works great of course.

However I've heard of AHJ's not accepting it, as its not listed for it.

Thats why I was curious to hear from Mark what the AHJ needed to see to understand what he wouldn't accept.
