[RE-wrenches] Disconnect BOTH positive and negative conductors from array?!?

690.13 specifically states that the grounded conductor shall NOT be
disconnected. All sections of Chapter III (Disconecting Means) of Article
690 specifically refers to the ungrounded conductor.
