Subject: Re: [RE-wrenches] Hot Trojan Batteries
Are the batteries packed tight with no ventilation and under a hiugh
charge rate?
They should not be over 115 to 120 in most any case, and lower is always better.
A c/20 is a high rate and the batteries will hold their heat for a
while, lead heats and cools slowly.
What is the water usage, it should be high.
If it is all the batteries the bank is being over charged.
Just another wrenches opinion,
Bob Ellison
