[RE-wrenches] Service Contract

Hello wrenches,

I have been playing with the idea of offering a service contract option
with our battery-based systems.  I am curious to get opinions about this
idea, what possible pitfalls await, how to determine a fair charge for this
service and how to protect the business from risk.  Thanks in advance for
your thoughts.
