[RE-wrenches] Grid connecting on Load side of existing transformer

Wrenchers,
I did a site visit recently for a tall building that has multiple existing transformers in the building. The incoming grid from the utility is 3 Phase 277/480 Delta. The Transformers on site step down the grid to 120/208 Wye (at least that is what is listed on the nameplates of the service). Are there any special considerations for grid connecting to the load side of one of the 3 phase 120/208 Wye transformers?

Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Thank you,
Al Frishman
