[RE-wrenches] Battery idle losses; Sunny Island overhead

I calculate that my pair of AC coupled, stacked Outbacks will use 
just under a kWh/ day in idle losses.  When the inverters are feeding 
small loads (as they usually are) high inefficiency should at least 
equal idle losses.
