[RE-wrenches] Dangerous installs/installers..

Turn him in with all the pics, and invite the inspector to come see 
before you fix it.
Its the only way to stop this sort of thing.
DIY is the owner's problem, but anybody getting paid to install should 
know what they're doing, no excuses.
I've seen so much BS, I'm really getting sick of it. Send me the pics 
and I'll give you credit on my Horror Installs page.
