Larry,

They manufacture a 24 volt DC high-intensity LED assembly with lens options for short, medium, and long-range lighting (or even a mix).  The entire assembly can be inserted into a work-light housing such as those sold at various big-box stores.  I found cheapie work lights for less than $25 .. gutted them, and inserted the LED units.  End result: superb lighting at 45-50' with a 8-10' spread, weatherproof, and mountable.

A customer needs to light a long, narrow area from
a single location using PV solar power. The application requires a light (or
lights) with a 45' throw only producing an 8-10' beam spread. I am looking for
recommendations for high output, narrow beam, LED spotlights suitable for
outdoor use. If you have actually installed anything like this, or if you can
recommend another high efficiency light, I would like to talk with you.

Thank you,
