[RE-wrenches] Damaged Modules (Hidden on Pallets)

Several years ago when selling 85w BP laser groove panels we received 3 or 4 panels in a 10 panel shipment that were shattered. Pallet was fine, the boxes were intact on the outside, no visible sign of damage. Distributor had a great deal of difficulty believing that we didn't cause the problem. The panels however had been impacted from the side -- frames dented. Probably from a forklift. My belief is that they were boxed at the factory in that condition as it did not happen after they were in the box. Serial numbers on the boxes matched the panels. Hard to say what happened.

In the end the distributor made good on the claim and replaced the panels.
