as far as charge controller kWh to sold kWh, my OB 3648 runs in the ~87% range

I am looking for advice and or comments on system  performance from a Grid Tied battery back up system.
Is 65% efficiency fair as far as what goes back to  the grid?
Is PV watts a good tool for that.
