[RE-wrenches] old trace manual

You can always add a boost transformer from Backwoods Solar, to boost 
the VAC slightly (10%) to increase charge amps.
If you look at your peak voltage on that genny, its probably below 145 
(should be 170 v peak for 120 v rms )
