Ditto we use the same and they fix it for free if it breaks.
We have not broken one yet, though it has taken some sever
falls off the roof to the ground.

I've been using Sears's inch pound torque wrench for many
years. Gets the job done, and is reasonably priced. 
Very good idea to use one for S5 clamps. I use it for a
final check on all module mounting bolts, and then put a
paint mark on the bolt head and side to indicate it has been
torqued.
