Hey all,

Last month I had a GFI circuit fail in SMA 2500U.  SMA had a replacement inverter to me the next day.  Big points in my book.

Sorry can't help with the X anthrax (oops) issue.

  Anyone else having a hard time getting a hold of warranty replacements from Schneider for the Xantrex GT series inverters?

   

  What are they doing as far as warranty replacements?  Waiting for bad ones to come in so that they can fix them and send them out again?

   

  I've got a customer who has been waiting for a while now with the "we don't have any in stock right now and expect them in X weeks" runaround.

   

  Makes you appreciate even more those other inverter manufacturers who get their warranty replacements out the door in days..
