[RE-wrenches] wind scam?

The design looks like a possibility.  Statements like "it can reduce 
your energy bill by half" put me off.  Home energy uses I've seen 
range from less that 200 kWh / mo to over 3000.  Half of what?  Does 
the helix catch enough wind to generate a lot of power?
