Hi Jim. What do you have in the way of a remote data monitoring board for a
12 year old 10 kW Bergey w/a Grid Tek inverter? There are two (I think)
anemometers and a wind vane on the existing 120' tower as well. It is the
Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ. I will be taking over the
maintenance on the unit after 10-12 years of no maintenance at all and would
like to provide them with more and better public information to display and
highlight the turbine installation. I'd like to show current wind speed,
wind direction, and power output, but am open to other suggestions as well.
The remote data board is key.
Thanks,

Hi Chris,
My company, APRS World, designs and manufacturers a pretty full line of
wind data collection hardware.
Our website has some of our basic equipment:
http://www.aprsworld.com/
We are in the process of adding a number of new products to the website,
but aren't there yet. We have new integrated monitoring systems for
Bergey's new PowerSyncII inverter, Morningstar controllers, Outback
systems, and Magnum systems. To find out about the new stuff, just give
us a call at +1-507-454-2727.
I am new to the list, so I hope I have answered this question in an
appropriate manner.
Thanks,
-James Jarvis
