[RE-wrenches] Outback Mate remote programming

We recently had a customer replace their mate.
Not all the settings are retained in the FX units - many of the generator
start settings were lost in the swap, causing a service call for
reprogramming...

Outback equipment store their own configuration settings, the MATE is just
an input and display device. The MATE only can program the devices it's
connected to.
