[RE-wrenches] ground fault issues

Has anyone had any experience with a Magnum 4024 inverter 

(sine wave) and breaker box mounted ground fault breakers?

 

A customers fellow just wired a ground fault outlet and it flashes on and
off with the inverter on, not in sleep mode.

I don't know if it's wired correctly or the brand but the fellow doing the
wiring wants to switch to a box mounted breaker.

 

He called too, late to reach magnum and I will be out of cell area too early
to call them.

 

Any experiences?
