SolarWorld is made in the US from US silicon. They start with refined
silicon and make the cells in Oregon, then make the modules in CA.
They have been doing a great job since 1980 when they were ARCO >
Siemens > Shell ...
They may be the only real US module manufacturer - German owned though.
