Hi Jeff
It is a major problem that it is hard to get the small bits, i don't
know why they ( the big they) don't have spares we can buy. Like for
all the small many different screws, nuts, washers and even the cover
plates someone steps on.
We know its not a custom item, but finding it ah thats the trick.
