[RE-wrenches] CBI circuit breakers

Hello Allan,

CBI makes both types of breakers.  My explanation covers one side of that equation.  If the breakers in question are in fact the mag-hyd .. you're correct - they're less prone to heat-variance in the trip current than the thermal types.
