I have used the SCI desulfators on a few smaller 12V/24V systems and one 
large 48V bank - once they are set properly for the charge voltage and 
battery capacity they seem to work well.  I'm a tad concerned about the 
unsealed construction for smaller mobile and remote apps, but nothing 
bad has happened in the 4 years or so that these have been installed.

Reading between the lines, it looks like ResureX might be a mixture of 
EDTA and something akin to ThermOil?
