[RE-wrenches] Cost per kW of MW+ installs, solar and wind

$10/W DC is the high average price (not cost) for 3 to 5 kW residential 
batteryless grid-tied PV systems. $7.50/W is the medium average price for 1 
MW commercial ground mounted fixed mount or single-axis tracking array PV 
systems. What is the $1,000,000/MW for?
