[RE-wrenches] pop rivet purlin roof attachments

Hi All.....I was wondering if anyone has experience attaching to the purlin
of a metal building using pop rivets thru the metal roof so as to not have
to run a bolt thru the roof and have someone on the inside of the building
at roof level......I have heard this type of attachment discussed but am
unclear as to the details or tools required.....any advice or direction that
you might share with me would be appreciated.....
