[RE-wrenches] Summer cooling

HI DAna
I worked on a super insulated house, latest version was 4500 sq. ft that cools with a 3 ton AC, But most of the coolong is from the thermal mass.  whole house ventalation and proper operation of air changes.  none during the day and lots at night.  (if you want to be warmer tomorrow set up the thermostat today). I think they used there AC twice this year.  But there is a caution: with humid regions, mold from dampness is possible.
