Drill the rock and pin it in various places with rebar and epoxy them in
place.  Cap the rock with a pad of appropriate size with rebar that is
attached to the pins in the rock.  Welding the rebar to the pins would be my
preferred mode.  Best to have an engineer spec what size rebar, pad, kind of
epoxy, etc., so the legal exposure is on him and not you.  It will also give
you a solid installation.

I am looking at my first wind job and looking at feedback on the SkyStream
3.7.  For budget reasons, this will probably the pick.  Customer has 12.4
mph avg. annual wind speed.  The tower seems to be the tricky part, as the
soil type is rock.  (Looking at guyed 70' by Southwest Windpower)  Anyone
out there done a tower on rock soil type?  I'm looking for experiences good
or bad.
