DC to AC Conversions Calcs.... [RE-wrenches]

I would interpret it based on the inverters name plate AC rating. So if
you used 3 SMA 7000's and 1 sma 4000 they would equal a combined
maximum AC output of 25kw. As for the exact amount of DC power going to
all of the inverters that would depend on the panels used. But assuming
you fully loaded the 7000's that would be 8400 watts per 7000 inverter
for a total of 25,200 DC watts to the 7000's + a fully loaded sma 4000
with 5100 watts gives you a total of 30,300 dc watts.

Subject: DC to AC Conversions Calcs.... [RE-wrenches]

Hi All......In Oregon the license for non electrician solar installers
is a LRT license.......This license is valid when working on a
permitted system up to 25kW AC.......What calculations might you all
use when determining the AC size of the system.........besides the
obvious.....Inverter efficiency losses de-rating and wiring losses
de-rating? I am trying to determine what the maximum size in terms
of a DC system would be able to be installed and not exceed the 25kW
AC system cap.....How might you all interpret that?
Thanks.....
