Fronius inverters - Reliability? [RE-wrenches]

Friends:

We have installed about 25 Fronius inverters.  Our failure rate is about 
20%, not real good.  The support has been good and replacements immediately 
available.  In one installation of 6 4500 watt units, they sent a new set 
pro actively.  The reimbursement as a credit is a pain in the 
you-know-what.  I am not a vendor, so it is hard to realize the cash.
