Citizen RE [RE-wrenches]

Other than word of mouth I haven't seen any citizen re activity in NJ.
Not a single system on any of NJ's list of installed projects. 

But I have run into a couple people that signed up for their "we'll
install your system for free someday program"

which RE fairs have had Citizen RE?  I only regularly attend the MREA
fair 
in Custer, Wi.  Is their primary presence in CA, NJ and other states
with 
huge incentives?
