Nanosolar [RE-wrenches]

Does anyone have any concrete evidence of Nanosolar's alleged .90 per watt
solar panel? They seemed like the most credible of the companies who were
claiming to revolutionize PV. Still, a jump from essentially $5 per watt
to less than a dollar seems a bit hard to believe.
