Feedback sought on CDT Solar [RE-wrenches]

Hi Mick,

I think its going to be an issue ( if it isn't alrready), lower price  
for unknown quality/warranty.

I'd be curious to know where folks feel the break point is, how low  
is worth the risk?
And in CA with 10 yr warranty?
