Rinnai boiler controller [RE-wrenches]

Adding the 50MFD motor run Capacitor to the inverter did not solve the
issue - theses Japanese heater systems seem extremely sensitive to power
quality.

The motor run cap does drastically improve the waveform of the SW - but
mostly when unloaded. The SW's waveform even at its best is still worse
than any of the HF PWM true sine waves - which are often 1% THD. These
heaters still seem to notice something...

The capacitor on the SW also increases the idle power consumption from
16 watts to about 35 or so - which is why we never built it in to the SW
at Trace. Be sure to put it on a switch if you add one to a system so
it can be connected only when required.

These motor run caps do not seem to make any difference on the FX
waveform other than a slight increase in idle power - a few watts if I
remember correctly.

On the lousy generator the motor run cap actually made it worse when I
looked at it with a O-scope!
